Orientation and mobility training is of crucial importance to many people with visual impairment. Understanding that the independent travel is one of the most important aspect for the people with visual challenges, the organization took the initiative of organizing one day workshop on Safe and Independent Mobility for all the girls residing at BWS. In the workshop, participants were taught the fundamentals of cane mobility and were given detailed training on using white Cain for traveling safely by avoiding collisions with various types of obstacles.
